Prepaid Card is a PIN based card, which makes it safer to carry around than cash,
and virtually unusable at ATM if the card has been lost or stolen. In addition,
the lost or stolen card should be immediately suspended by calling the toll-free
IVR number

What happens if the card has been lost or
stolen?
Please call the toll-free IVR number 1-866-671-5930
and report your card as lost or
stolen. After reporting the card as lost or stolen, the cardholder can request a
replacement card to which the remaining balance from the lost or stolen card will
be transferred to.

What currency does the card hold?

How many cards can the cardholder have?
Each cardholder can have maximum one(1) card.

Can the prepaid card be used at ATM?
Yes. Cash withdrawal, balance inquiry, and other operations are avaialble with over 1,000,000 ATM machines worldwide.

Can the prepaid card be used at Point-of-Sale
(POS)?
Yes. The prepaid card can be used at more than 6,000,000 Point-of-Sale terminals
worldwide.

Does the card have the expiration date?
Yes, the card expires in two(2) years.
